My new puffer isnt as good as eating as any of my other puffers have had b4?

He comes out to eat, even begs but dont "eat" he will suck the food into his mouth then spit it out. He eats a little but seems to spend more time spitting it out.

weve tried mysis, prawns, brine, shrimp, lance fish, marine mix, flake, pellets, (all top brands) seaweed?!, i know he was eating mussels in the LFS but at the moment hes not eating those great. when i pop a cockle in the trigger munches it asap

shall i try some garlic on the food (i tend not to use garlic - ive heard too many pros and cons)

what negatives have you heard about garlic? Just curious.

Have you tried clams? Did you figure out what kind of puffer it is? S&S?
