My GSP!
i moved everyone over to my new 54 gallon corner tank last thursday and felt like it was finally time to get some pictures on here. hope you enjoy! hes not much of a camera hog though
i dont think he likes the camera because he starts getting a dark belly and looks stressed whenever i am near the tank for long periods of time with the camera

Re: My GSP!
Cool, he should really enjoy living in there! I was torn between getting that same corner tank or a 46g bowfront for my ocellatus but I think I'm going with a black bowfront. Seems to be more available around here.

Re: My GSP!
he really likes the tank! does nothing but explore around. and he is pretty big, hes about 4 - 4 1/2 inches now. i want to do something different with the rock, i would love to make my own rock so i can make pieces the way i want them to look and can place them how i want. i really like the corner tanks and bowfront looks of tanks but they usually go used for almost full price that you would get at the LFS. i got a really good deal on craigslist after being patient and looking for weeks/a month or two. the pot decoration i have had since i set the tank up about a year and a half ago, i actually cleaned it a little bit after i took it out of my other tank to move it over. my clownfish seems to think its his anenome, he is constantly in and out of it, shooing the damsels away from it, he cleans it sometimes! hes a character.

Re: My GSP!
CL doesn't seem to offer many good deals around here.

Re: My GSP!
wow! yeah its rare you see a bowfront for a good deal, regular tanks are usually a good price
heres an example of what you will see for the most part with regular tanks
http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/for/1848427604.html
http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/for/1854339022.html
the second one actually isnt bad. i got my 54 with everything for $200. not many bowfronts on craigslist right now. when i was looking i would see "deals" like the ones in your area. 46 gal, minor scratches etc for like 600 or 700

Re: My GSP!
Yeah, I didn't notice the T5s until yesterday. I hope I didn't hesitate too long. The guy hasn't written me back.

Re: My GSP!
Wow hes a FAtty Mc FAtty. how long have you had him? Was he raised by you since a baby? R you using any vitamins in his food? I want my GSPs to be cute chunkers like yours is. Love the tank too. But Id add a Backround for some color. A plain blue or one with corals etc. IDK JMO to hide them wires behind the tank. And it make all your fish feel more secure....

Re: My GSP!
yeah he is a fatty lol. i have had him about a year and a half now, had him since he was about an inch and a half or two inches long. he was tiny! i soak his food in selcon gel, actually have to get some more as im about to run out. background is coming, i just set that tank up like a week ago, he was in a 75 but i wasnt pleased with the look of it and came across this tank for a good deal. i have the exact background i want in mind, but its a matter of getting out to That Fish Place like an hour from my house. nowhere else has had it that i have seen. my puff is right around 4 1/2 inches now!
