Pump leaching rust in to tank

Post by Woodbutcher »

I have a 250g Fowlr. The return pump (pondmaster supreme 4800) was leaching rust into the water. I replaced the rotor.

Is there a problem having the rust in the water and if so any solutions? :?

I know of several people losing razorblades in their tank without any problems.
