Can I see your F8/Brackish tanks and no plants?

Tain't fresh, and tain't marine! Talk about brackish setups.

A lfs in our area had lots a couple of weeks ago but they looked terrible! I may go back and see haw they're doing. I do have a spare 15g tank and filter...and a bag of aragonite sand...and they're in fresh so I could quick-cycle with media from another tank...
Damnit, I really need to cut down my electric bill, not raise it!!! :-)

The first picture is my 26gUS bowfront BW tank housing my GSP. The large "roots" and geranium plants are fake.

The second picture is the only real plant, a mangrove with its leaves above-tank and its roots submerged. (Sorry for the crappy picture quality.)

[Edited to correct for my numeric dyslexia on the tank size. Upgrading by at least 10gUS within the next few months.]

So how's that electricity bill doing?

It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.
