I think your tank is very pretty, the only thing I would have done differently is to have a sandy substrate because lurkers like to spend alot of time on the bottom. And I would think with the size of your tank, even if those puffers could live together, it's too small for all but one. So please try to find homes for 3 of them and just keep the one. Especially if this is your first time with puffers.

okay i'll do that, but wanna ask another thing, do light affect their feeding time? cause i always turn on my light 24/7, since they always spend their time in the cave, so i just put some shrimp in my tank for them to eat, is it okay? thanks

You should have a light and dark period for them. After all, fish need to sleep too
Most people keep their lights on from 6-12 hours per day.
