Pics of the centipide please!

I'm really jealous of it. I've always wanted one, but I'm pretty sure you need a permit here in NL (and all of Canada?). <-- Law includes millipedes too, which I absolutely love... And I daresay velvet worms as well.

Sorry about lost pets, but congrats with the new hognoses! (:

Wow. I just looked up what a vinegaroon was... I like it! Haha

Can we just come to your house?

We had a giant African millipede in class one year. Her name was Dolores. Very cool.
It is absurd to talk of one animal being higher than another. We consider those, when the cerebral structure/intellectual faculties most developed, as highest. A bee doubtless would when the instincts were.

Hehe, i went through a bit of a millipede fetish too when i was younger, they were my first exotic pets along with Giant land snails, i had hundreds of them!

I will get some pictures up after i've had some sleep, its 2.20am here at the moment and i'm knackered!

Not sure how you could be jealous of the centi though, hes probs my least favourite pet, and he escaped a few weeks back, i was prepared to go stay with my parents until he was found, but then i spotted him in one of the roach tanks and he was safely secured and rehomed in a new tank thats escape proof, i really did brick it, they are so scary, hes only a baby at 12cm, i had one not long ago that was 22cm, but she died of old age...

I think i really could set up a shop with the amount of animals we have, however parting with them would be a different matter!

Haha, well they are pretty cool (millis)! :D

Centipedes aren't my least favorite of favorites with regard to them, millipedes and velvets, but they are still there on the list. To be honest I'd be pretty freaked if one escaped in my house too, though. Rather not be bitten by one. ;]

Part with pets? Not gonna happen.

Have a good rest. (:

If you'd like to see the milli's i used to keep then visit my old website... :) just go to the species page, all milli's were my own, theres a few missing that i never added.

http://www.millipede-mayhem.piczo.com

I don't use it anymore since i stopped keeping milli's, so it is a bit out of date and unfinished!
