Actually, according to rule #5 (see below), wouldn't that be legal? Or have the rules changed? I'm just curious now as well!

In other words, editing the background of your photo to make it more asthetically pleasing or interesting is acceptable, pasting a puffer from a photo you do not have rights to over your own background is not."

The rules have not changed, rule #3 states that you need to have a puffer in the photo, which means before you put a photo into photo shop you must have a puffer in the photo. So you cannot take a pic of an empty tank and photo shop a puffer in, but you can follow PP's suggestion and take pics of the puffers at your LFS
