welp puffers are still alive and more active than ever so....... if there poisonous the puffer will die but im sure its not, im only feeding them as a supplement until i can get to the Store.

I wouldnt think they are poisenous concidering there a seasonal diet for tons of animals.

Bcummings8521 not to be argumentative ... but so are lots of other things. Animals have a way of knowing what is good and bad for them. What would kill one animal may be perfectly safe for another. I am inclined to believe that tadpoles in North America are on the safer side. I don't think they develop the toxins until they become amphibious. Just a thought... I thought that about puffers also and was totally off base.

Apparently the way puffers digest the food and the types of foods causes them to become toxic, but for other animals it is no problem. Strange...

yea and bacon this one guy feed his trigger bacon......... but im not feeding them tadpoles any more, i only did it for one day it just sucks being a college athlete with no car to get to a market to buy shrimp:( but im going today to get food for em.but my eel has not eaten in a while and he is crazy active....... maybe ive been over feeding cuz my tank is more active since i haven't feed them as much.
