Agreed, even I rescued a figure 8 from a freshwater tank housed with another figure 8 both about 2 inches and a school, at least 10 black sail fin mollies. Though my little juggerpuff was aggressive in that tank he seems extremely peaceful and well behaved especially for a puffer. I mean he's only eaten about 2 of the ghost shrimp I put in the tank with him, or one may have ran off via the filter, he doesn't eat the gold mystery snails and the other day I saw him swim into a little cave out of the black bowl and drift wood I made in the tank for him that the ghosties and snails like to hide in away from him; he didn't even bother them even with a female ghostie showing a very aggressive posture toward him, he just lowered himself in and backed up like a semi and hung out in there for a few hours.

Trekenk i did at one time think that Gsp's and F8's could coexist because the store that I bought them in sold them togther iin the same tank. And lots of people that I have read have them together. I am still new to bark fish and am not sure the point to your condecending remark.

No one thinks you're dumb for not knowing that from the get-go. Everyone starts out as a newbie. We sort of assume that everyone is OK with that and doesn't mind references to the time when we didn't know better. We could even call out Pufferpunk on that one: library/puffers-in-focus/an-introductio ... d-puffers/ It's no different from saying "She's a woman." It's a fact, and not an embarrassing one. We all just look at our past mistakes with an eyeroll and thankfulness for knowing better now! But if you're not comfortable with that, just say the word, and we'll respect that.

But, yes, don't be worried about obtaining misinformation ... heck.. top government officials do it all the time! How can us lay-people keep up? Even scientists disagree...

It comes with the territory The best we can do is double check .. I have been guilty of delivering misinformation based on what I have read, which would be countered by someone else with more experience.
