Or perhaps some enterprising puffer forum snail breeder can start to sell them in the "For Sale or Trade", hint, hint. (maybe our younger members who could use a few dollars to spend on puffer supplies could raise funds by breeding/selling snails)

EvilE- have you seen ebay #7741612900 (50 ramshorns of your size choice) - seller has 100% feedback. Ends tonight 18:16:16 PST - perfect for you - during the superbowl so there should be little competition. Also, most of the country is too cold for many (northern) buyers to risk shipping. Based upon my extensive snail market analysis (OK, 2 minutes) and the daily spot snail price, you should be able to score these for about $9 + shipping. Try $10.05 bid at about 6-10 seconds before auction closes (snail bidders are a raspy lot...)

I know, I was watching the game too. Get them next time - he's a regular snail seller. There's other snail dealers too (now there's a line you don't hear everyday...)
