Clownfish fry!

Post by jdak »

I was able to catch some of my clowns fry. I just happened to get a 2L of live rotifers so i am going to attempt this. I have caught four, lost one, killed another, and the last two are strong. I acculilated them to their new tank with a bunch of rubble rock. Wasn't sure if i would see them again but they came right out and were swimming everywhere. Hard to take pictures of but here are a few.

I opened them up in a different window. Sweet! They don't look anything like a clownfish! They look like guppy fry.

Unfortunately, i had to work all night last night so i had to turn the pumps on. Only about 15 more to hatch. Hopefully i can catch a few more. Sorry i kept the pictures so large but i liked the picture of the net and didn't want to crop it.

Very cool.
Old fishermen never die, they just smell that way.
