Water from under the tank?
My 30-long Brackish has been wet between the table and tank along the front. I usually put bags of tank water on the 5 or so inches of table in front of the tank- usually when thawing food. I hope thete usnt a leak that somehow wheny filter overflowed a bitit made its way under.

if you can dry it off, ans then slip a piece of acrap paper under it, the paper will saturate telling you if you have a leak or not

It comes back. So does the water behind the tank. I think the water is flowing up and dripping down the filter then rinning under the tank. Table is a tiny bit bowed.

that could be it too. I had an HOB that used to drip all the time.

I've removed the filter floss and now the water level in the filyer is much lower. I hope it gradually will fix itself now.

Fold a heavy piece of cardboard & put it in front of the bottom of the filter, where it leans against the tank. It should have a piece of plastic to pull the bottom away, leveling the top but they fall off & get lost easily. Your filter may also meed cleaning. When they clog, the water level rises.
You are getting sleepy... you only hear the sound of my voice... you must do water changes... water changes... water changes... water changes...
