A Good Book!
Can anyone recommend a good book to help me with the transition from BW to Marine? Needs to be really basic, as I know nothing about marine tanks. (& it will save me asking a billion questions when the time comes!).

There is not much out there on transitioning a tank from BW to SW, its really not a common aquarium practice.
But a good book is, Reef Invertebrates: An Essential Guide to Selection, Care and Compatibility by Anthony Calfo, it covers a good deal more than just inverts.

It would be alot easier to cycle Sw from the get. IMO if that's possible. Keep him in FW and cycle a SW tank then drip acclimate. It will save you a ton of work. BW is a pain if you ask me.
