Hello, i've made a couple post around here so i figured i'd introduce my tanks. I'll put my puffer tank here and my reef in the non puffer thread. My tank is 150 gallon with a stars and stripes puffer, tomato clown, and a yellow tail damsel. The tank is new and still in the works (slowly). One cool thing about having these two damsels in the tank is that they are a great puffer cleanup crew. The tomato clown came with the tank and i have never returned a fish to a store so i had to keep him. The yellow tail was my first fish i ever bought over 4 years ago for my reef. Their were a pack of them but he is the last survivor. The yellow tail is even a better cleaner. As soon as i feed the puffer, the yellow tail swims right behind the puffers gills and catches all the debris. Very cool....
edit: I haven't got my reef in the other section yet... another day
You can check it you now at http://www.jdak.net and J-P, my site is no longer a forward. Check out the new site. It is also in the works (slowly).

Ya, they need big tanks. I just looked at this site and they say minimum is 180 tho i did most of my homework before and WWM says 150. I hope he doesn't get too big too quick.

Is you tank sumped? That can make up the water volume portion at least.
No matter how magnificent your successes or devastating your failures, the worlds' approximately 5 billion impoverished people could not possibly care less.

That would defeat the whole purpose of a FO tank. I never have to think about hair, bubble, or slime algae in the display. No creepy critters and i performed hypo in the DT when fish broke out with ich. That couldn't be done in FOWLR. BTW, any porous rock becomes live rock in time. I have the trickle and sump stuffed with 45lbs of live rubble rock instead of bioballs. I have my reef with the LR thing going on and i recycle all the reef's water change water to the FO tank for a bit of biological activity. I never made my reef thread... i'll add the pics here...
