i really really want to... but that means id have to get rid of my palem :( i mean, he is VERY boring lol but i kinda like him... everyone calls him my living piece of drift wood  anyone thats had one will kno wut im talking about... their colors look identical to a piece of wood anyway... im currently weighing out the odds... should i give up my palem and start a sw tank or should i keep just him in a big 55gal, which i kno is a tad more room than wut he needs lol (puffer pedia reccomends 40min, but that seems even a little over kill since they are so inactive) anyway... havent decided wut id rather do yet

Isnt a palem pretty much just like a arrowhead? I loved my arrowhead, that fish was crazy! Too bad the numb nuts that was watching my tanks while I was on vacation was a complete and utter flake...

i dont really kno much about arrow heads, but palems are very VERY boring lol they tend to "sit" in your plants all day pretending to be a leaf.... i have only seen him eat once, he is very stealthy when he eats... to me, they arent worth the 50 bucks people normally pay for one.... i got him for 25 tho. he was "discounted" because he had been there so long cause no one wanted him... i felt really bad for him & decided to take him home, he was my little "pick me up" that day. he looked so sad in his 10gal bare bottom tank, i figured i was his pick me up too :)

dont get me wrong, there is something about their big buggy eyes, mouth that looks like its always smiling and the way their fins flutter around though they arent moving lol, mine moves his fins when you look at him almost as if hes waving hi :D
