fahaka teeth care
fahaka teeth care
My puffers teeth seem to be getting a little big. He is still eating like crazy so i am not to worried right now, but i wanted to know if there was a cheaper solution for keeping his teeth at a healthly length besides feeding him apple snails. He does not really seem to care for mussels to much. Any ideas?

get a turtle beak stone. I put one in for my jabba and she used it frequently on her own, (was like she new it was for her beak) hope this works for you as well.

have you tried cockles in shell my fahaka loves them he just crushes them into tiny bits , it works well for keeping his beak in check

+1 on both of the above comments. Cuttlebone is great for puffers, if they use it. I was just going to mention cockles as well- most owners of the bigger pufferfish (that I have seen) have had great luck with them.
