when to go brackish

I brought my new baby topaz on sunday and currently he is freshwater in a fw tank, my tank is new'ish and has been fully cycled for a few weeks now, i understand how to turn the tank brackish at .002 per week but wanted to know when to start, should i leave it a month or so?

You can start whenever you want! The sooner, the better. :)
