Moving Common Pond & Rams Horn Snail Eggs
I am curious if anyone has any special tricks/techniques for moving the "clear, gooey" egg sacks that common pond and rams horn snails produce. I'm considering moving these snail egg sacks to a "hatchery" to help with tank maintenance. I've been scouring the net for a few hours and have come up with very little results. Does anyone have any suggestions on moving these eggs safely and with minimal damage?

In my opinion, I don't think you can remove them and keep them intact. They are so small and so delicate and also stuck on tightly that when you try to remove them, I think you would damage them.
Why not just keep your snails in a tank, or hatchery, that way they won't be laying their eggs in places you don't want them?

I was just thinking of trying a different way to maintain their tank. I do 80-90% water changes every 2 days because i'm still waiting for some of my equipment to arrive in the mail (Sponge filter is one of the things i'm waiting for 
plus i'm on a very tight budget right now) I'm sure you all know it gets difficult trying to clean the snail tank while avoiding sucking up little baby snails. I've tried using the panty hose over the intake tube of the gravel cleaner and it didn't work that well, i'm using a turkey baster right now and it seems to be providing a little better results but i'm still sure that i'm sucking up little baby snails and tossing them out.
I heard/read somewhere that larger snails will eat baby snails. And once the baby snails hatch they immediately look for food. If they don't find it, they will die. Can anyone verify these 2 rumors?
One of my ideas for moving the snail eggs is another form of breeding control. I know I won't find them all but it's an idea plus it would improve the survivability rate of the babys if the rumor above is true. I was also thinking of maybe putting these eggs on like a bed of lettuce or snail jello so right when they hatch, they have an immediate source of food.
