Hi Guys.
After my two little F8's died a few weeks ago i finally decided what would replace my little 2 puffer friends (R.I.P.).
Meet Snips, my new Ceylon (Green Puffer). His new home (180liters brackish tank) is the old residence of R2 & 3PO.
He's currently swimming about, checking out his new home and meeting his new tankbuddies.

Very cute, what are his tankmates?
I believe you have small mud puddles mixed up with acres of rice paddies.

it seems funny to see yours so small, I've got 2 that are about 5" and I've never seen any little ones before. Very, very cute!

I'm learning that puffer fish are like pringles. There is no such thing as only wanting one.

38 gallon: 1 Figure 8 puffer, 1 Dragon Goby, 1 Knight Goby, 3 Black Mollies
30 gallon: 1 Blue Acara, 1 Bristlenose Pleco

@ schismy: Yeah Snips is just under 3 inches atm. And was the only one at the LFS that was curiously swimming around the little tank while the rest was rushing up and down the back wall.

Wow, kind of seems like he needs a tail hehe.
Cute! When I got mine about 10 months ago, he was only an inch and a half. Now he's 5.5" and growing fast. You'll love yours. Just beware that they can be skittish and jumpy.

Hey Korrepz, since I first posted my comment about your little Snips, I went out and got myself a tiny little Ceylon (Baby Blip) and he's maybe 3-4cm, so I think your Snips may be a bit bigger than my Blip. Funny thing is that I have Blip in with my 2 big Ceylons and they've been totally accepting of him, it's like a family even with the Momma, Daddy and of course, Baby Blip!!
Great video BTW, he's so cute!

It's been a while... like a half year! And snips has grown quite a bit!
Tank is a bit different aswell... Saltlevels have increased to 1.015 and all plants perished by now. So untill the tank will reach sea Snips will have to do with some fake plants
