SAP Question or other suggestion

Post by dmond31 »

I Luke my Fahaka puffer is going to be moved to his last tank 125 gallon (he going to be so happy). Now I am going to have a 70 gallon tank free. I was thing about getting some SAP but I am not sure how many of the little guys I can put in there. also does anyone have any other suggestion on what puffer would look be good for that size tank?

You could have 5 SAPs in a tank that big..some very happy SAPs :)

That's a good sized tank and you'd have several options on stocking. Are you wanting to stick with FW or is Brackish an option?

If you're willing to do brackish, then what about a couple of Green Spotted Puffers? you could do 2 in that size tank, and they'd get a great deal bigger than SAPs. I love my SAPs, but sometimes I wish I had a slightly bigger puffer.
