Read this before posting!!
Since this board has been up, we have found there are several questions that routinely get asked in order to help diagnose problems. If you can have that information to begin with in your post, we'll be able to help right away (if we can!) without having to wait for you to post the info we need.
1) Your water parameters - pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrates and salinity (if appropriate). This is by far the most important information you can provide! Do not answer this with "Fine" "Perfect" "ok", that tells us nothing. We need hard numbers.
2) Tank size and a list of ALL inhabitants. Include algae eaters, plecos, everything. We need to know what you have and how big the tank is.
3) Feeding, water change schedule and a list of all products you are using or have added to the tank (examples: Cycle, Amquel, salt, etc)
4) What changes you've made in the tank in the last week or so. Sometimes its the little things that make all the difference.
5) How long the aquarium has been set up, and how did you cycle it? If you don't know what cycling is read this: Fishless Cycling Article and familiarize yourself with all the information. Yes. All of it.
We want to help, and providing this information will go a LONG way to getting a diagnosis and hopeful cure that much faster.
While you wait for assistance:
One of the easiest and best ways to help your fish feel better is clean water! If you are already on a regular water change schedule (50% weekly is recommended) a good step to making your fish more comfortable while waiting for diagnosis/suggestions is to do a large water change immediately. Feel free to repeat daily or as often as you can, clean water is always a good thing! Use of Amquel or Prime as a dechlor may help with any ammonia or nitrite issues, and is highly recommended.
Note - if you do not normally do large water changes, doing a sudden, large water change could shock your fish by suddenly changing their established water chemistry. Clean water is still your first goal, so in this case, do several smaller (10%) water changes over the next day or two before starting any large ones.

Awww, poor things. You know, I don't think I've ever bought a well-fed puffer from an LFS. I think they just have so many fish to feed that they only throw in a pinch of food and most of the time, with puffers, they only get flake food anyway, so that's a waste to them. 
The Congo I got yesterday has no tummy at all, and I hope it starts eating soon. If the food I put in tonight isn't gone tomorrow morning, I will put some of my live Endlers in there and that should get him interested (I hope).
Oh, I also got 2 very small dwarf puffers yesterday, that was to replace the mudskipper that died last weekend. They didn't have any mudskippers, so I chose the dwarf puffers .... they are almost miniscule, but still cute! I seen one of them swimming to get away from a gourami, although I don't think the gourami was actually after it, but the dwarf looked scared anyway!

aww hope the congo starts eating soon aswell!! im sure it will once its settled in + lol @ the dwarf puffer!! absolutely everything they do is cute init lol theyre lovely man!
the lfs was apparently feeding them bloodworms, but like u say, they wont of got much will they. poor little things!! at the min theyre both swimming round like they own the tank lol!! trying 2 eat the plants aswell lool

Well I'm looking forward to some photos of your happy couple rachy, when you get a chance. Any ideas of names yet?
My irrubesco really enjoy pieces of King Prawn (shrimp) too, so much that the one male will try and take it from BeeBoo's mouth! He's very bold for doing that, and I'm always afraid that BeeBoo will bite him, but hasn't happened so far.

no idea of a name fr the boy yet, but im gonna call the little girl ruby will get you some pics when i come in from work 2moro, havent put the tank lights on yet, so will b a bit dark 2 get pics 2nite just been watching them in the kitchen lights. ill try them with some prawn 2moro i think lol @ ur crazy little puffer being brave enough to do that!!puffers are nuts lol:D
