hey guys i went to the beach like i normaly do and got like 10 snails around the size of his eye anyway hes all for eating the snails but for some reason he cant bit thou them (i took 1 out of the tank and tryed to smash it with a peace of metal and even i couldnt brake it lol what snails are best for marine puffers so i can buy a bounch :?

Buy Cockles in shell or Mussels in shell. The only snails that have soft shells I know of are freshwater snails whose shell you can easily smash with your fingers.

Ramshorns are very widely fed to puffers, as are pond snails. Pond snails don't get that big, though, whereas ramshorns get large enough to make a meal for larger puffers.

I don't like feeding SW snails to a SW puffer.
