Re: What's your puffer's name?
That'll be answered in your other post. This post is just for names.
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

Re: What's your puffer's name?
OK, when I got my first T. Suvattii, I came upon a really funny article/blog about a particular pignosed puffer. Someone bought one, without researching it first, and wrote this frustrated piece about the pignose puffer they referred to as "Ugly Mother F----r"... you get the idea. The owner was angry because the puffer ate all the other fish. I haven't been able to find the blog since, but it did make me laugh, and it inspired a name for my fish- The UMP, which stands for Ugly Mother Puffer. LOL
Sadly, I no longer have this beloved fish... his heater shorted out and stayed on, which "cooked" him. I was so sad... I'll never use a heater again unless it's absolutely necessary. My current Arrowhead puffer has been with me for about a year, and I just call "her" Suvattii. Boring, I know, but how could I ever top a name like The UMP?? LOL
Thanks everyone for sharing! What fun!
