I have 3 Carinotetraodon travancoricus (dwarf puffers) in a lightly planterd 29 gallomn tank more plants coming soon I feed them snails frozen daphnia and brine shrimp at the presnt time my question is how many more could I put in the tank I have heard give each one 3 gallons of water and what other foods wood be good for them

I would drop the brine shrimp, it is not very nutritious. I would add live blackworms if they are available to you (use a cone feeder for them, and keep the worms in the blue California Blackworm box(es) - they work like a charm whether the worms are refrigerated of room temp). If live blackworms are not available, add frozen/thawed/rinsed bloodworms to the diet - it is a dwarf puffer favorite food.
In theory you could keep 9 of them, but in practice that could be a problem. I keep Otocinclus catfish and Amano shrimp with mine, so like to save space for them. I have two males and three females in my 29, but would be comfortable with 2M/4F.
