I'de like to set this up in the easiest way possible which is probably going ot be through about 50-60 dollars, anyone know if I can get a 20 gallon tank and the neccesary items to set it up for dwarf puffers? And how many can I keep in a 20 gallon tank?

Sure, you can... We won't stop you... I'm not sure exactly what you're asking here.

I was asking if I could get all the necessary supplies for a dwarf puffer tank for $50-$60 dollars... lol, and yeah, okay...

You can if you get used supplies. New, heck no. Look on craigslist.org and kijiji.
