Alright I finally put them in the 55g and they are doing much better now all the test read exactly as they should. my only questions now are how soon should I turn them brackish???? Also how do i get them to have there whole bodys be super irredecnt green looking or do they need high end BW to be like that bc I want them to have miximum color. also are there any suggestion to maintaning the nitrates and nitrites and ammonia besides weekly water changes and what percent of water to change??? oh yeah temp is about 79 should it be higher??????

Okay, hang on. Your tank isn't cycled yet! The levels of ammonia and nitrite are zero now because they're in a totally clean tank. They'll build up slower because it's more space, which is very good, but until you've really established the bacterial colonies, they'll start sneaking up again. You need to continue with the testing and water changes. Don't turn it brackish yet. This will disrupt the bacteria you have so far.
Have a look at the cycling articles again. This will help you understand how the ammonia and nitrites stay down from week to week. Once the tank is cycled, you shouldn't have to "maintain" them, unless something goes wrong and your bateria get killed.
After that, you will want to do enough water changes to keep nitrates below 20. If your nitrates are 15 at the time of your water change, a 50% change will bring them down to 7.5. Once they are at their full size and producing maximum waste, you'll need to do at least 50% changes; until then, play it by ear to see how much needs to get changed.
Temperature is fine.
They will show their best colors when they are super-healthy. A varied diet, clean water, and so on all contribute to this.
