What kind of tetras? Is this a FW setup?
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

Re: Is my tank overstocked?
I think theyre cardinals i didnt really pay attention when i bought them, my bad.
but its really low end brackish around 1.002 and the tetras seem to be doing well in it,
but i really should of thought about the brackishness before buying them, ill probably make it full brackish in a year.
right now im worried my tank is overstocked...

Those tetras should NOT be in BW. They get up to 2", and they'll need more space than that. They are delicate; I'm surprised they've made it with the salt.
IMHO, you are overstocked. Get rid of the tetras and you should be okay.

Tetras actually originate from softwater. Can you return them? The puffer, molly & BBGs are plenty for that tank.

Re: Is my tank overstocked?
I agree. Overstocked with the tetras but okay without.
Even if the tetras seem to be fine, they are meant to be in freshwater, and the long-term effects of being in brackish are probably a very short life span in addition to being less healthy, etc. I'd rehome them or get another tank for them. Btw, cardinal tetras have a blue stripe and a red stripe going horizontally the length of their bodies and get 1.5-2 inches. Neon tetras are quite similar but the red stripe only goes about halfway down their body and they are smaller at about 1 to 1.25". Any tetra is fully freshwater, though, and needs to be moved out of there.

Re: Is my tank overstocked?
Totally agree too. Would be fine without the tetra. Is your molly a female or male? If its a female and you got it withing 2 or 3 months it may be pregnant...
Tetras in BW? Even in low SG they like soft water. They're sensitive too, I can't believe they're alive!!
Sorry, I just kinda repeated what the others say. Anyways I agree with all of 'em!!
