You can also do a water change to get that sediment out. It will probably seem to make it worse as it will also stir up the sediment that has settled, but that would happen the next time you did a water change anyway. Better to do it now before it's all decorated and populated.

Old post man.. 700 GPH of filtration and massive amounts of WC later. Clearer than the goldfish tank.
