Niptoon: A Pufferella Story

Post by Muselistener »

My BF's GSP's name is Niptoon. We bought him around JUNE 2009 at Walmart. I remember Niptoon being skinny.

This is his first video I took of him.
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/SAwq2BukGO4&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/SAwq2BukGO4&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

It's been about 3 months since we got him and I happen to visit Niptoon a few days ago. I was surprised how healthy looking he was.

<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/xDtBBypY7eg&hl ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/xDtBBypY7eg&hl=en&fs=1&" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>

I am actually going to enter NIPTOON to POTM. =)

That's a huge change! Nice! What a cutie!
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

I know.... It's hard to believe that's the same puffer.

He started with Freshwater ( WALMART ) water. He looked like he was dying..

And this is him now... In SALTWATER... His color is so vivid. AND FAT.

"Okay. You! Out of the Gene Pool!"- Don't know who said it but I enjoy using it

I'm learning that puffer fish are like pringles. There is no such thing as only wanting one.

Tanks:
38 gallon: 1 Figure 8 puffer, 1 Dragon Goby, 1 Knight Goby, 3 Black Mollies
30 gallon: 1 Blue Acara, 1 Bristlenose Pleco
120 gallon: Ratchet the Fahaka Puffer
