Filter Media
Have heard differing reports on the need for carbon in the filter. I have a Fluval 305 & was wondering what is best to have in it? I currently have sponges/carbon/biomax rings & some floss.

Don't bother unless you are running a reef tank or removing meds.

Thats what I had read. Just the sponge/rings & floss then, or are there other things that are more useful do you think?
