Worms for the GSP
I was wondering if it was ok to feed red worms to GSP fish? I raise these worm mainly for composting and scene they are kind of like earthworms I figure the GSP fish may be able eat them too.

Absolutely! It's like steak for your fish. I gut-load them with ground plankton too.
