This is one of the most fantastic rescue stories I've ever seen! That previous owner should be reamed for starving such a beautiful fish (or any creature...). Kudos to you & your comeback beauty!

I have to admit Faya is one of the strangest looking baby fahak's i've seen hehe. She's cute tho! Like her owner :grin3:

Her lip looks much better!
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

Very nice pictures and what a beautiful puffer she is! She has a wonderful home and someone who understands her needs. :) She looks so happy and healthy now. I love your pictures. I agree that you should enter one in the next puffer of the month contest. Maybe the one you said "this is the one I love". She looks like she's thinking about eating her guppy friend in one of the first ones, though!

I bet she is happy. My fish love being near people. The scenery changes and activity keep them entertained.
