Need your advice regarding dwarf

Well, I have since returned a few of the males and acquired another female. Now I think I have 2 males and 2 females. I have had them for a couple of weeks now and they seem to get along much better. There is still chasing (what is funny is it seems to be the females chasing now instead of the males), but there is no where near the amount of aggression as there was before. I am hoping to add a few more females at some point when I can find them.
They are the cutest, most funny fish to watch and I am so glad that I decided to try and set things up so that they can live in a happy environment.

I'm glad that things are working out for you and that they seem to be better in the tank. I agree with you, dwarf puffers are very funny to watch and I enjoy sitting by the tank watching all their antics. Mine seem to play a sort of game of "tag", they will chase each other and they don't bite when they get to the other, they just sort of stop and then that one goes, etc. Even though they are tiny little fish, they seem to have alot of intellect for their size.
Not to put a goldfish down, but I've never seen a goldfish contemplate things such as my DP's do, especially just before they attack a snail. I used to have Apple snails in my community tank and I put a few DP's in that tank, as an experiment, and didn't think about the snails at that time. Well, those poor snails were tormented something awful by the DP's and it would have been funny if it weren't so bad for the snails. I eventually removed the snails because I felt badly for them. These DP's would not just come up and bite the snail, no, they would hover there, watching, and they would wait for just the right opportunity, and for the snail to move so they could get a good bite in -- and it would! Definitely an example of planning behaviour.

Easily the best fish I've ever had. I moved a dead-end cave in before and they would look before going in. I agree Schismy007! Very intellegant, clever little buggers.

I've noticed my male is very docile. I've got 1 male and 1 female and they don't fight at all! They'll be a big, long, juicy bloodworm in front of them and they slurp it until their lip, things meet than they PULL!!
