Valentini toxin ?

Hello all,
I'm new to the this forum and also new owner of Valentini puffer. Does anyone have personal experience or knowledge about sharpnose saltwater puffers with regard to them being toxic to the aquarist in any way (besides eating) ? I enjoy hand feeding my butterfly and clowns in the same tank as puffer, as well as doing cleanings etc and wondering if there is any toxin I need to be concerned about gettin on me from this fish? I've found posts on other sites describing the mysterious death of other fish in tank with sharpnoses which die....

They are only toxic when eaten, and the toxin fades away over time when kept in captivity.
