Hello not sure of any reputable dealers online but how about Ebay

You should be able to see how good the seller is by their feedback (always have a look at the comments people have left and check out any negative or neutral feedback, there could even be good feedback but with comments like "took two weeks to arrive" etc)

Hope that helps, I am planning on getting plants off of Ebay soon. Did buy some moss balls and they arrived absolutely fine.

My suggestion would also be ebay. That's where I buy 90% of my plants.

I know it's a bit late but thegreenmachineaquatics.com and aquaessentials.co.uk, they may be slightly more expensive than ebay but I've never had bad service from them and what they deliver is quality.
