They also need crunchy foods, like snails and shrimp. Check out the Feeding and Diet article in the Library.
"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

Personally I do not feed anything that has fish meal or krill meal. Mainly it is crushed fish bones, intestines and etc and it can be very oily and IMO not very good for your fish. I agree with your puffer needing more crunchy foods like snails, clams, mussels, shell-on prawns, crabs and etc. Getting a vitamin supplement into him doesn't hurt either. :)

I WISH Paris would still eat it, she used to love it when she was young and then one day decided to turn her nose up at it.

It won't do as a steady diet, but I found it very handy for those "I'm in a hurry and don't have time to thaw out some frozen food" moments.
