Well LilGreenPuffer you got me wondering where I picked up the idea that they can go in full marine, because I was sure that I'd heard it was possible somewhere but then from what you wrote I was thinking, "Oh no - did I screw this up? My poor fishie!", so I looked through all my normal sources of info and sure enough, right here in our own PufferPedia, it says on the Ceylon's page "Water Parameters: High-end brackish to full marine." Phew. I was scared for a moment there!LilGreenPuffer wrote:...Cool! Never heard of anyone doing that!

"I will give you a talisman. Whenever you are in doubt, or when the self becomes too much with you, apply the following test. Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

Yeah, I'm one of the minority I suppose. I think marine tanks are beautiful, but I think they also need a bit more dedication and I'm still learning on the tropical & brackish side of things.marksrush wrote:Heretic!
