After having a brackish water tank for almost a year I decided to have a FW puffer. I felt in love with the MBU but my house is too small to have a tank that big, my search for a puffer which demands fits my housing was started.
In an add on the internet I had found a Fahaka in Belgium (I live close by the Belgium border) that needed a new home. After some info gathering on the Fahaka I decided to take the jump... The owners told me that they had the puffer for a year, their opinion about the puffer was that he was lazy and agressive (lots of biting). They said it was a nasty beast.
The Fahaka was in a bucket and she didn't look like a Fahaka. So skinny, no color and it was almost like she was dead
She looked like this:

At home in her new tank

After a few weeks power-feeding she was becoming more healthier and happier! She was looking more like a Fahaka! In the beginning she even didn't know what to do with snails! A puffer who doesn't eat snails

After 3 weeks ( youtube film )
