Went to niagara falls for the day and heading home through buffalo I found a new pet shop and came upon the first DPs i've ever seen in real life.. So three of them have a new home in one of my empty 10 gals!!

someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but they should be fine, since you seemed to have caught the heating issue right away.

Two of my DPs were buddies, and the third was the outcast. Sometimes I'd see all three swimming around together, but for the most part, there was the pair, and the shy one, hiding in the leaves.

I moved all the decor except a group of plants that I really dont want to move if I can help it.. well I guess I will look for her more tomarrow. Shes prob in the plants.. Their all tiny but I dont think shes small enough to fit up the filter tube.

I would search and search my tank looking for them only to realize that they were right in my face staring at me.. I was looking past them half the time!

all three are swimming around now and seem happy.. I decided to use that tank to breed ghost shrimp.. if they live long enough to breed that is.. does anyone know of any good tank mates for these guys? I know its only a ten gal but these three tiny dps look like swimming gravel in this tank.. I was thinking an angel fish or something? any ideas?

I've got 3 Peppered Corydora in with mine to clean up after them and they're fine at the moment, but I have been warned that they'll be lunch one day!

I also keep all my River Shrimp/Ghost Shrimp alive in my DP tank to feed my other puffer Naboo and my Frogfish Yellowbeard
