out of all the snails i've ever kept in my tanks, i've always found the worst luck with Assassin snails... every time i keep them they die... maybe thats coz they don't have any other snails to eat???

Throw in a chunk of zuchanni at night, wait an hour, then pull it out.. repeat a few nights in a row and you'll probably get most of them, just watch your hands when you reach into a lurker's tank at night

Dan, fly me there and we have a deal!flash.dan wrote:come pick up my female suv..... she kills snail doesnt eat them just kills them!
I got a deal on e-bay for assassin snail, supposed to be 5 but he sent 8. So far all but 3 have died and the three surviving ones have decimated the nuisance snails. They are very pretty and pretty cool to watch too. The SUV leaves them alone, which is good because the shells are extremely hard, I wouldn't recommend these to go in to a tank of snail eaters like SAP's or larger freshwater puffers.
