Monotrete suvattii vs power head

Post by luvmyfatfish »

This is so funny! my Monotrete suvattii keeps attacking his power head .. I was reading that they like moving water and so I got a much better filter and a power head just to move the water around a little better and HE DOES NOT LIKE IT!! as soon as I turn the lights out he attacks the sponge at the bottom of it and he has pushed it all around the tank.. I really wish I could get him to do it in the light so I could tape it happening,.. I'd have to put that on you tube!!

lol sounds funny. But like it has been said, dont have any exposed sponge or media, as he may eat it and could cause internal problems. And could cut down on your bacteria
