DPs in a 38 gallon would be great! The nice thing about DPs is that you can also keep things like cherry and amano shrimp, other large shrimp (like banana shrimp), oto cats, kuhli loaches, and some various other fish. Makes for a fun little planted community tank that still incorporates puffers. :) I would stick to only one or two DPs, personally; I find you lose a puffer's personality if you have too many. :D

Depends on what you're after in a fish, I guess. Some people want to watch their fish behaving as they would in the wild, and prefer to watch them interacting with each other, rather than with people. Some people want a fish with lots of interactive personality, so just a couple would be best.

Recall the face of the poorest and the weakest man whom you may have seen, and ask yourself, if the step you contemplate is going to be of any use to him or her. Will she gain anything by it? Will it restore her to a control over her own life and destiny? In other words, will it lead to freedom for the hungry and spiritually starving millions? Then you will find your doubts and your self melt away."

Hi Again! Before I go returning I just need to verify the breed of the puffer to make sure it is what we think it is. Here's a pic:

Definatly DSP. Where are you returning it to? Try getting the ID corrected for the store you bought it from. Even print out my article for them to read.

I bought it from Walmart. I never buy fish from them and was excited when I saw them there. Should have done the research first. I am going to call my fav lfs I do all my business with and see if they will take them.
