Is this Clover oil ok for knocking out Bollo my SAP?

Hey Guys

I've been keeping a close eye on Bollos teeth and I think I'm going to have to trim them soon, they're not to big but I don't want them to get to the length I saw in a picture of a SAP that had what looked like long rabbit teeth!

I've noticed sometimes when he eat's a bit of prawn that he some times gets it stuck between his teeth

Would this stuff be ok?

I've emailed them to make sure it's pure clover oil with no additives

isn't clove oil needed? not cloveR oil? also i've read thing about it being linked to brain damage to the puffers after repeated uses. i would say just get some finquel to be safe. you can get it on dr foster's and smith's.

I think the stuff in your link is more of a perfume kind of oil. I wouldn't use it. Try to find finquel if you can.

sorry, I didn't actaully look at the link the first time. Clove oil is not recommended, and cloveR oil is hocus pocus.

Yes it is and it's much safer for the fish. Also a little will last you forever. Does not cause brain damage and can be used more often than clove oil.

And don't forget Finquel is a brand name. Over in the UK, you might have to look for the actual chemical name. There's a sticky about it in one of the forums, either Hospital or General...
