Blood worms, Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Scallops. The KEY to keeping them attacking their food is VARIETY.

I feed my puffs all kindsa stuff. They seem to like the shell on shrimp the most, but they often get squid, cuttlefish, cockles, mussels, snails, crabs, and Krill.

Fatsos eat better then I do, thank goodness for the asian market.

Earthworms, mussels, blackworms, frozen bloodworms, pond snails, even a frozen krill or two once or twice a month.
No matter how magnificent your successes or devastating your failures, the worlds' approximately 5 billion impoverished people could not possibly care less.

I guess snails. It's hard to tell since the mollies generally make such a frenzy at feeding time that he just hangs back until something floats his way. But he loves stalking the snails! I'm really not sure about the shrimp as I sometimes see them hanging out in the plants a few days after I put them in.
