Puffers for 15-20 gallon?
are there any good brackish puffers for a 15-20 gallon? how many can i put? tankmates?

I wouldn't put tankmates into a 15 or 20 with a figure 8. With just the puff, you water quality will be better, and the space isn't that big and could lead to problems (either the other fish picking on the puffer or the puffer deciding to taste the other fish).
One figure 8 in a tank isn't boring...the puffer will be highly interactive with you.

Two figure 8s would be pure random chance for them to get along...pluse they're messy eaters and you'd really need to keep on top of the water changes. Personally, I think it would be a bad idea.
You have the space for several bumble bee gobies in a 20 with a figure 8, but PP has reported that sometimes those little gobies will just disappear
.
Remember, for stocking purposes, BW falls inbetween SW and FW, so it's stocked less lightly than a FW tank.
