Anemones are very delicate creatures and truth be told there aren't many people that should be trying to keep them.
I don't think one would help anyways... every time Paris has snapped at Sally, who has a huge cave system that Paris can't get into, its been completely unexpected and Sally just barely had time to retreat. A little faster, and Sally won't make it one of these times.

Also, other than bubbletips and I think some tube anemones, most of the ones you will find in the hobby prefer 6-12 watts per gallon - so you'll probably need to think about metal halide lighting or a STACK of T5HO. Compact florescent works in shallower tanks, but less well in deeper ones, I think it's great for nanos.
