How do you soak the food in garlic?

You either buy a liquid for the purpose, such as Garlic Extreme, or you crush fresh garlic into tank water and soak the food there.

If you can find some of the little live black worms, they love them. Most aquarium shops have them. They are really cheap and you need to keep them refrigerated, but I've never had a puffer that didn't love them. They last a couple of weeks in the refrigerator.
