One of my red scat is pecking the other red to near death. The pecking is so serious that i can see the red flesh on the area just below the dorsal fin.
Any medication that can help? Any advice on how to stop it?

Have you seperated them yet? That would be my 1st suggestion.

Did not, as there is no extra tank available. I am thinking of getting one of those small breeding tank that can be place in my big tank. Just afraid that the small room size and sudden expose will stress the little dude out.

Bought a small breeding tank that can be hang in your bigger tank, currently the red scat is doing okay inside and had started eating. But what i want to know if there is anyway to stop the bullying after i release it back into the tank when he healed.

I would try keeping the bully inside the breeding tank, if you don't have anywhere else to put them. Then after a couple weeks, put the bully back inside.

Scat's usually can't be paired. Must be in big groups, like exodons, or the schooling becomes bullying and abuse. 3 in a 120 gallon tank would be my minimum stocking if you get more than one, and 5 in a 180 would be much better.
