Is this good for 2 GSPs?

I was wondering if this setup would be good for two GSPs. It's a 4 ft. tank that's about 45-50 gallons, with dual overflow and a 30g sump. Would that be enough swimming room for them? I'm thinking that with the sump added in there would be enough water volume...

Water volume would be good, a 4ft tank is good.. but will they have enough territory room? Who knows.

Raised together, they would have a better chance of getting along long term, but once sexual maturity hits, you just never know what's going to happen. If it was me, I'd say go for it. If, 5 years down the line, there's sudden aggression issues, you can throw one of them temporarily in the 30 gallon sump while you set up a new tank for it or find it a new home. In other words, your tank set up is providing you with an emergency, cycled tank to separate one of them into.. which is something that is hard to keep on hand and ready otherwise.

I have kept mine together since I got them 6 months ago. But they are still very small. I found a really great deal on this, and so I think it'd be the way to go. $100 for tank, stand, sump, and Mag 7 pump. And it's predrilled and everything, all ready to go.

Sounds like a wicked deal. It's bound to be filthy with saltwater coraline algae, though, so be prepared for several hours of scrubbing. ^_^

GSPs grow very slowly, so you'll probably be fine with that setup for quite a while. Personally, I much prefer a 75 gallon over the standard 55 gallon, as it provides more width (which is something your puffers will appreciate). However, if your puffers are still pretty small (3 inches or less), that setup with be great for quite a while. Just keep your eyes peeled for a similarly-drilled 75 gallon at a good price.
