I need Help!!!

my humpback/dragon/king kong puffer is trying to eat my amazon puffer i overlooked this when i put them in together, what i want to kno is if he eats him when my back is turned will he die??? cos of toxins?

for a start mixing different species of puffer is not advisable.... i can saflyly say if you do not remove one of them you will have injured or dead puffers!

as for toxins there is little chance if one killed the other it would die.

I advise split them or take one to the pet shop

well my little puffer survived but the lil 3" humpback puffer took one hell of a chunk out of my 8" oscars dorsal fin lol i mean it will grow back cos oscar is so big i thought humpbck puffers wer only meant to ambush small enough fish for them to eat, he ate a whole load of fish that day. are they more active at night?

some are more active at night...
Puffers are fairly aggressive in general... especially the lurker types.
I would find him a separate tank.

Sounds liike you got an extra-mean one who needs to be housed alone, before he does it himself.
